With a little over a month to go until the end of the season, February was a real test for East. Some teams pulled away at the top of their respective league tables while others slipped further down into mid-table positions.

Last week's headline stood out as a highlight of this month with the L1s fantastically earning their promotion so early in the season - especially after an amazing come back in their game. The L6s remain unbeaten and have yet to lose or draw a game all season and the L2s (also unbeaten) are sitting 10 points clear at the top of Essex Prem. The L4s have done really well too, fighting their way into the top spot this month.

The M2s have extended their lead at the top of the league, despite losing a game last week. The M5s were unfortunate to lose their winning streak this month but are still dominating in their league. Similarly, the M8s are joint top and continuing to get some great results each week. With promotion in sight, the M6s need to keep up their good work too after beating Wapping this month and a spectacular 13-1 win against Redbridge & Ilford 3s.The M4s have beaten top of the league in each of their last three games and the M3s won their first game since Christmas!

ELHC Chairman Daniel Goodacre said "It's great to see so many of our teams doing so well, and that's a due to the dedication, effort and teamwork of the players, together with the excellent support they receive from their captains and coaches."

All in all, more than half of the teams are in with a chance of promotion still. So, with good results in March it's definitely all still to play for (except for the teams who've already secured their places!)
