New Coaching Structure Announced
Posted by Nobody on 3 August 2016
As we look to build on last years successes, we've listened to your feedback and have structured coaching to support you a lot more for this season. Each training session will have a Lead Coach and as well as Assistant Coaches. The training sessions will be planned by the Lead Coach, captains will have a greater opportunity to contribute to how sessions are run this season. One week teams may find that they are being integrated, working on a specific topic together, other times they may be split out and do individual team based stuff.
Alongside this, all players will have a dedicated point of contact within their coaching teams. They will be your first point of contact for all technical matters, what's working, what's not. They can give you some technical development areas to use, and will hopefully be able to attend matches. They will then be able to offer feedback from the side and bring developement points into your training sessions. If you find that your point of contact isn't around on a Saturday, hopefully one of the other coaches from your session will be. If none of those coaches are available, another coach from the wider coaching team will be there to support.
The new coaching teams are as follows:

Asif Rais (Lead)
