After a massive swell of interest ELHC are proud to announce they have started their 3rd Ladies side again. The 3s will start playing friendlies this season and will be entered into the Essex league next year.  Watch this space for fixtures as they are organised. Good luck ladies!

Last played hockey 20 years ago on grass(!) for my school and for a club team in the Counties Manukau league in New Zealand.
My aim this year is to remember how much I used to love playing and to get fit while doing it.
I'm a project manager in a university and have lived in London since 2000.
