AGM 2016 FINAL NOTICE

It's nearly here, bigger than Christmas and New Year combined, it's the 2016 ELHC AGM.
If you've been living in a bush, or bunking off in Central America, then you might have missed that it's the ELHC AGM this Saturday, 1pm at The Castle.
In addition to FREE PIZZA, I'll ensure there are FREE CREME EGGS for the first 70 people to arrive, so be prompt!
The agenda for the AGM is:
1. Welcome (5 mins)
2. Opening Address (5 mins)
3. Club Review (10 mins)
4. Updates to the Constitution (5 mins)
5. Child Welfare Report (5 mins)
6. Treasurers Report (5 mins)
7. Election of Officers (80 mins)
8. Other Items & Closing (5 mins)
Tomorrow I'll publish the status of the list of nominations, but anyone attending is also free to stand.
The process for contested positions is:
> Each candidate can speak for up to 30 seconds on their credentials for the role
> Any candidate unable to attend may send a transcript that I'll read out on their behalf
> All candidates will leave the room
> All remaining club members will vote
